Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition Design

The design of the Magnite Kuro Edition introduces a full black color option with black grille, ORVM, front and rear skid plates, smoked LED headlamps, and red brake calipers. Alloy wheels in a black finish complement this look. The front fender also features black treatment in line with the Kuro Edition. Other than these changes, there are no alterations to the current model’s design.

Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition Cabin

Inside the cabin, Nissan has incorporated a complete black theme, including black premium leather seats, gloss black door trims, door handles, and glossy black sun visors. The steering wheel, AC vents, and gear knob also feature a glossy black finish. Unlike other black edition cars that often include red stitching on the interior, the Magnite Kuro Edition sticks to an all-black theme with no additional color options.

Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition Features

The Kuro Edition boasts a new wireless mobile charging feature, along with retaining all the features of its top model. These features include an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, an electronic sunroof, height-adjustable driver’s seat, rear AC vents, and a premium sound system.

Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition Safety Features

In terms of safety features, the Kuro Edition matches the current version, offering dual airbags, electronic stability control, tire pressure monitoring system, ABS with EBD, a 360-degree camera, and rear parking sensors with ISOFIX child seat anchors.

Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition Engine

Under the hood, the Magnite Kuro Edition is powered by two engines. There’s a 1.0-liter NA petrol engine generating 72 bhp and 96 Nm of torque, and a 1.0-liter turbo petrol engine producing 100 bhp and 160 Nm of torque. The turbo petrol engine comes with both a 5-speed manual and CVT gearbox, while the normal petrol engine is available with a 5-speed manual transmission, with an expected introduction of an AMT gearbox in the near future.

Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition Competition

The Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition currently faces little competition in the Indian market at its price point. It competes with models like the Tata Nexon facelift, Hyundai Exter, Hyundai Venue, Renault Kiger Knight edition, and Tata Punch.
